Monster Golf Cart Build Part 11 New Rear Shock Towers and Driveshafts | Bare Metal Fabrication

In Part 11 of this monster golf cart build I decided to re-engineer the rear shock mounts. The original design I came up with was never finished and the more I looked at it the more I hated it and didn't even want to try to finish them. So I decided to cut them off and start over. I used my JD2 model 32 tubing bender to bend up some new upper shock towers and then re-shaped the adjustable shock mounts. I added a gas shock next to the air shock since the air shocks act more like a spring. This should help soften the ride. I also added some limit straps to keep the air shocks from over extending and blowing up. I got my transmission to transfer case drive shaft and rear drive shaft back from the shop and installed them. In the next video I should be test driving this beast!
