COMMENT: Marisa Kirisame's theme I feel like this character's personality has changed since the last game... In the last game, you know, she seemed more childish, didn't she? (And her hair was a different color) The song seems pretty cool somehow... Well, maybe "cool" isn't quite the right word for it. Let's see, how to say, how to say. Ummm... (^^; Oh well, I really do like a lot of the songs in this game. What do you all think? Well, let's overlook how it doesn't match the character for now (^^; That's one comment I wasn't expecting to see from ZUN. Marisa's personality has indeed changed, but this game doesn't show this very much. It's very different from the rest of the games in the series, because here the dialogue is a little less prioritized compared to the actual gameplay. So yeah, here it fucking is, the theme I swore ZUN did NOT cook. It's in G minor, which is unexpected considering every G minor piece I listen to is an absolute banger. Not only that, this doesn't at all feel like it's 4 minutes long (loop included). The thing is so damn repetitive it feels quite a lot shorter, maybe 2.5 minutes instead. This could also be because of how many times I've fought her already tho'··· So yeah, overall I think it's not a very great theme, and the rest is actually pretty good, including the ones ZUN thought were "half-assed". Maybe this guy's taste is just really different from what he was trying to compose back then.
