This Watermelon Chicken Recipe was the most interesting Chicken Recipe I have cooked ever! I would never have thought to Cook A Chicken In A Watermelon. This Chicken was not the most appealing way to cook a Chicken, but it was a pretty descent way to make Shredded Chicken. I wouldn't go out of my way to cook this again, but If I was wanting some Shredded Chicken, and had a Watermelon on hand, I just may do it. The Chicken did take on a mild hint of the Watermelon, but like I mentioned in the video, I think that this technique of cooking Chicken originated in countries that may not have all of the amenities that we have where I come from. To Cook Chicken In A Watermelon, all that you need to do is hollow out a Watermelon, Season your Chicken with whatever you want and cook to your desired temperature. I wanted my chicken to be cooked enough to shred, but not be mushy, so I cooked it to around 175 degrees, removed it from the grill and let it cook in its juices until it cooled down enough to hand shred.
