Is there really a second death? What does it mean to be twice dead? How can someone die twice? What is a second death like, and what happens there? We explore what people mean by having a second death in this video. When you die what do you think happens to you? Do you just cease to exist, come back as something or someone else, or do you believe there's a rewards/payment system? Do you believe that the same thing happens to every single person or do we all get something different based on how we lived? The answer is we go to one of two places: Heaven or Hell BUT that's not based on how we lived. It's based on where we put our trust and faith. Who was in control of our lives. Did you give your life over to Jesus or did you live life for yourself? Did you REPENT (Turn from your sins and all unrightousness) or live in and enjoy your sins and wickedness. Did you live after the lusts of the flesh or let Christ live through you and live for the spiritual? How we lived determins: what level of rewards (life we go on to) for those who made Jesus Lord and Savior (Knowing we can't atone for or make right our sins and wickedness we have comitted) so only Jesus' death on the cross can do that and so God the Father sees Jesus' sacrifice not our sins OR What level of PUNISHMENT we have for not trusting in Jesus as the only acceptable sacrifice as as we can not make the debt right on our own have to suffer for the rebellion we had against an All Mighty Perfect Holy God vidIQ So what happens to wicked people? What happens to sinners when they die who haven't given their life to Christ? This is the inevitable future for all the sinners who die in the wickedness they've committed. This is the second death, not having everlasting joyous life but eternal torture and pain to suffer for the sins we committed since we rejected the one who came to make us whole. No it's not a place of fun and partying, reveling in the pleasures you commit now. It's agony and pain and weeping and gnashing of teeth, no water to relieve your sticking tongue. Burning forever in a lake of fire and brimstone with worms eating you and seeing what you are missing. BUT you don't have to go through that if you turn your life over to Christ and life for Him forsaking your wickedness. To find the actual term second death found in the bible it is found in Revelation See Verse Below This is the second video in a playlist that you can find here: Basics In Christianity • Basice in Christianity The other videos are coming in the following weeks Verse Used Mark 8:36 King James Version 36 For what shall it profit a man, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul?
