Doug Hohulin's Mission is to use AI to make the world healthy by saving 1 billion lives / reducing disabilities by 50%, by empowering the patients & clinicians relationship with AI and improving AI and health literacy. He wants to apply his faith to help humanity use AI properly. He will discuss the growth of AI and applying Biblical concepts that can potentially be aided by new technology if used properly. He is working on how technology and AI can help bring Isaiah 65:20 into reality: “Never again will there be in it an infant who lives but a few days, or an old man who does not live out his years; the one who dies at a hundred will be thought a mere child; the one who fails to reach a hundred will be considered accursed." AI is a powerful tool, but it is only Artificial Intimacy. Real relationships are what make life worth living. Prioritize your relationship with God and human connection, trust, compassion, and care — use AI to enhance relationships, not replace them. Your family, your friends, and those you care for: they are your real "AI" (Authentic Interactions). Doug Hohulin is an AI Technology Advisor focusing on Responsible AI (Ethics, Governance, Policy, Regulation, Safety) and how AI can be used to help create a safer health system - reduce medical errors (3M deaths/year in the world - WHO).
