Ingredients Wheat flour - 2 1/2 cup Jaggery - 1 1/2 cup Grated coconut - 2 cups Cardamom pods 9 or 10 nos Salt - 1 or 2 tsp Method Heat a pan add jaggary and water ,boil them well. Take a plate and garted coconut and set aside. Then crush the cardamom and keep aside. Take a bowl add wheat flour and a pinch of salt ,mix them well. Then pour sufficent amount of water and mix them well to form a smooth dough. Ones the jaggery is completely melted remove from fire and set aside. Drain the jaggery water with a dry stainer and set aside. Take a bowl add grated coconut and water . Squeezed them well with neat hands and set aside. Heat a heavy bottom pan add jaggery water ,boil for few minutes . Add squeezed grated coconut water mix and crushed cardamom . Next, take wheat flour dough and grab a tiny pinch of it. And add the pinched dough in increments into the cooking pan with jaggary and coconut water. Mix them thoroughly and cook until the jaggery syrup fully coats the dumplings. Once it is thick and fully cooked, remove the dumplingsi from heat and place it aside.
