RECIPE Kadayif 6 oz Butter 6 pcs (10g each) Pistachio spread 6.7 oz White chocolate 70 g Marshmallow 16 oz Cocoa powder Milk (small amount) Oil (for gloves) STEP BY STEP 1. Toast kadayif + 2 butter (10g each) on medium heat until golden brown. 2. Melt white chocolate 70g in microwave (2 min total). After 1 minute, stir, then microwave for another minute Note: Add a small splash of milk to prevent burning. 3. Mix toasted kadayif + pistachio spread (6.7 oz) + melted white chocolate (70g). 4. Freeze mixture 5 min to set. 5. Melt marshmallow (16 oz) + 4 butter (10g each) on low heat, stirring often. 6. Mix in cocoa powder (generous amount). 7. Lightly oil gloves and shape. 8.
