Check out this vintage Goblin Solo cylinder vacuum cleaner from 1984! Finally found the Goblin Turbo Drive head in the garage and thought this Mk1 Goblin Solo 303A would be the ideal partner for it. Nope. Massive dose of irony here - the cleaning head is better engineered than the entire vacuum cleaner! UPDATE: My lovely friend George has been in touch with an image of a catalogue scan from some time in the late 1980s showing an unusual and super rare version of the Goblin Solo - The 1000TE! I can only guess that the TE stood for 'Turbo Electronic' as the picture shows the cleaner with the Turbo Drive head and the machine its self has electronic power control. The price was an astonishing £84 which today would be roughly £300!
