The weight loss project with Pete Mcleay. (How he lost 10kg of body fat) Pete and i have been working on and off together for soon 2 years. this time around i travelled to Australia to help him while he continued to run his business on the side. We structured our training with 2 daily trainings -5 day a week with a daily calorie target on 2500 calories. Our training consisted of a strength base with the major compound lifts and strict gymnastics. In the afternoon session we worked the cardiovascular system through high intensity training and longer aerobic workouts. Since Pete and i started working together last year he has lost over 10kg of body fat, unfortunately this video only features the past 3 weeks, but it does give an impression of how we've been going about things.
