How to make rice? 📖 Rice Recipe Ingredients: • 2 cups rice • 2 cups tap water • 50g butter • 1 tbsp vegetable oil • 1 tsp salt Instructions: • Soak the rice – Place the rice in a bowl, add boiling water (covering by 2-3 fingers), and 1 tsp salt. Stir and soak for 30 minutes. • Rinse the rice – Drain and rinse under cold water until clear. • Prepare the pot – Melt butter over low to medium heat, add vegetable oil, then quickly add 2 cups of tap water before the oil gets too hot. • Cook the rice – Add the rice, bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to medium, cover, and cook for 10-12 minutes. • Final touches – Check the rice, adjust heat if needed, add 1 tsp salt, and gently stir.
