So grab a cup of tea, stay awhile, and let’s grow together 🌿 If this resonates with you, I’d love for you to subscribe and follow along on our journey. sandwich Bread Recipe: Ingredients • ½ cup plant-based milk (such as oat or soy) • ½ cup water • 2 tablespoons maple syrup • 2 ¼ teaspoons instant yeast (1 packet) • 3 cups all-purpose flour (whole wheat) • ¼ cup vegan butter, melted • 1 ¼ teaspoons salt Instructions Instructions 1. mix dry ingredients 2. mix all wet ingredients . 3. Combine both wet and dry ingredients and knead for 10 minutes. 4. First rise Place the dough in a lightly greased bowl. Cover with a clean towel and let rise in a warm place for 1–1½ hours, or until doubled in size. 5. Shape Punch down the dough and shape as desired (rolls or loaf). Place into a greased loaf pan or baking dish. 6. Second rise Cover and let rise again for 30–45 minutes, until puffy. 7. Bake Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 25–30 minutes, or until golden brown on top. 8.
