🌙 What’s Ready to Move | Evening Meditation & Journaling Ritual This evening meditation and journaling ritual is an invitation to slow down, soften, and listen for what’s quietly ready to move — without needing to act on it tonight. Rather than pushing for clarity or resolution, this practice creates space for gentle momentum, trust, and integration. Through somatic unwinding, reflective stillness, and a guided journaling descent, we allow the body and psyche to continue their work beneath the surface. This session is especially supportive if you’re: – feeling mentally busy or emotionally full at the end of the day – sensing a quiet shift or transition you can’t yet name – wanting to rest without shutting down – ready to let the night hold what doesn’t need your effort You’re welcome to listen lying down or seated, with your journal nearby. The journaling portion is woven into the meditation so you can move slowly between reflection and rest. Whether you’re joining live or listening back later, this practice meets you where you are. At the end, you’re invited (but never required) to share a word or reflection — or simply carry the listening with you into sleep.
