Ingredients Mustard leave (Saag): As required Flour (Aata): As required Oil (Tail): As required for frying To make Saag spicy Oil (Tail): 2 tablespoon Red chillies ( Lal Mirch): 1 teaspoon Black pepper (Kali Mirch): ½ teaspoon Salt (Namak): 1 teaspoon Coriander (Dhania) powder: 1 teaspoon Cumin (Zeera) powder: 1 teaspoon Method 1. Take a pan put oil in it and all the spice like red chillies, cumin powder, salt, coriander powder and black pepper in it. Mix it well for 1 minute. Now put Saag in this and mix it well. And let it cool 2. Make a small dough for the parathas 3. Make two flatten bread and on one flatten bread put little oil on the flatten bread then put the saag mixture on it and spread it cover with it the other flatten bread. Make sure that the mixture is not coming out. 4. Now put this on Tawa and spread it and cook on low flames. 5. Then after 1 minute put oil on sides and move the flatten bread on Tawa when one side is cooked change the side and cook it from another side. 6. When it is done from both side. Take it out from the Tawa. 7. In the same cook the other parathas too 8. Serve it hot with hot cup of tea. Tarika Saag k parathay ka 1. Aik pan mei oil le usko thora garam kar k us mei lal mirch, namak, zeera powder, dhania powder aur kali mirch daal k 1 se 2 minute k liye paka do. Phir is mixture mei saag daal do aur achay se mix krlo. 2. Aatay k chotay chotay peeray bana lo. 3. Peerao ko achy se bail lo and phir aik side pe oil laga k dosri roti se cover krlo. 4. Roti ko taway pe daal k halki aanch pe cook kro. 5. Jab half cook ho jye toh oil daal do aur fry kro aik side se jb achay se ban jaye toh side change kr k dosri side se cook krlo. Dono side se jab paratha cook ho jaye toh utar k side pe rakh lo. 6. Isi tarah saray parathay bana lo. 7. Parathay garam garam chai k sath serve krlo.
