RAMAZAN ✨ SPECIAL BREAD PAKODA RECIPE EASY CHATPATA AND TESTY BREAD PAKODA RECIPE| Here s a crispy tasty Bread Pakoda recipe perfect for breakfast or evening snacks 😊 🥪 Bread Pakoda Recipe (Classic Indian Style) 🧂 Ingredients Bread slices – 6 (white or brown) Potato – 3 medium (boiled & mashed) Green chili – 1–2 (finely chopped) Ginger – 1 tsp (grated) Coriander leaves – 2 tbsp (chopped) Red chili powder – ½ tsp Turmeric – ¼ tsp Garam masala – ½ tsp Salt – as per taste Oil – for deep frying For batter Besan (gram flour) – 1½ cups Rice flour – 2 tbsp (for extra crispiness) Turmeric – ¼ tsp Red chili powder – ½ tsp Ajwain (carom seeds) – ½ tsp Baking soda – a pinch (optional) Salt – to taste Water – as needed 👩🍳 Method 1️⃣ Prepare potato stuffing Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan Add ginger green chili and saut for a few seconds Add mashed potatoes spices salt and coriander Mix well and cook 2–3 minutes.
