I started my day with tea and a simple breakfast, did some morning chores, baked a soft marble cake for tea time, and ended the day cooking Tawa Chicken, fresh Tawa Naan, and bakery-style chicken bread for dinner. This vlog is all about slow, aesthetic routines, cozy cooking, and enjoying the little things at home. 🌿☕🍰 If you enjoy calm aesthetic vlogs, cozy cooking, or simple homemaking routines, I hope this video feels like a warm autumn day spent together. 💛 ✨ Chocolate Marble Cake Recipe Ingredients • 3 eggs • 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar • 1/2 cup oil • 1 cup milk • 1 tbsp vinegar • 1/4 tsp salt • 1/2 cup cocoa powder • 2 1/2 cups self-raising flour Method 1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and line a cake tin. 2. Whisk eggs and sugar until light and fluffy. 3. Add oil, milk, vinegar, and salt; mix well. 4. Sift in self-raising flour and fold gently into the batter. 5. Divide the batter into two bowls: leave one plain, add cocoa powder to the other. 6. Pour both batters alternately into the tin to create a marble effect. Swirl lightly with a skewer. 7. Bake for 35–40 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean. 8. Cool before slicing. ✨ Tawa Chicken Legs Recipe First Marination (30 mins–1 hr): • Water, salt, vinegar, ginger–garlic paste → soak chicken legs. Second Marination (2 hrs): • 1 kg chicken (4 legs) • 1 cup yogurt • 3 tbsp olive oil • 2 tbsp lemon juice • 2 tsp ginger–garlic paste • Salt & spices (to taste: chili powder, cumin, coriander, garam masala, turmeric, etc.) Method 1. After first marination, drain chicken. 2. Mix all second marinade ingredients and coat chicken well. Rest 2 hours. 3. Heat a heavy tawa or pan, drizzle oil, and cook chicken legs on medium heat. 4. Cover and let it cook through, then uncover to roast until golden and slightly charred. 5. Serve hot with naan, chutney, or salad. ✨ Tawa Naan Recipe Ingredients • 3 cups all-purpose flour • 1 tsp sugar • 1 tsp salt • 1 tsp baking powder • 2 tbsp oil (or butter) • 1/2 cup yogurt • 3/4 cup warm water (adjust as needed) Method 1. Mix flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder. 2. Add yogurt, oil, and warm water gradually to make a soft dough. 3. Knead well, cover, and rest 1–2 hours. 4. Divide into balls, roll out into oval/round naan. 5. Heat a tawa, place naan (water-side down) and cook until bubbles form. 6. Flip directly onto flame (or keep on tawa) until golden spots appear. 7.
