Three questions that I get often so I made a vid so I can link it instead of typing out! :) Quick answers: 1&2) MWF = Purchased double bell focused training from Michael Son Current Longcycle. Each week is different and progressed based on performance TThSu is my own deal - Single Bell focus based on "feel" each day. Nothing set. Only goal is to not be sore so I can't perform on my purchased sessions. All my sessions are 20-40', for the most part, and there is no secret barbell programs I do on the side. No bodybuilding or special "core" workouts. My core come from intentional eating and the conditioning I get from my training. To give a specific answer - Renegade Rows, Deadbugs, Planks are what I do most often. 3) KB and basic calisthenics templates. These do not need to be followed in any specific order as they are workouts to follow not written for anyone in particular. I dont know what people have available for equip and they are written for the masses to follow. Hop around or follow in order. I add 2 weekly and you can absolutely do more than 2 each week yourself. I run these in my gym MWF with my members.
