Hi guys, we're sharing with you this quick video as we attempted to change the brewing pressure on our Gaggia Classic Pro. We wanted to achieve the ideal espresso brewing pressure of 9 bar. We actually are waiting for our order of the OPV Springs MOD kit from Shades of Coffee, but just getting a bit impatient. We decided to do a quick DIY MOD with the manufactured spring, trying to get to the ideal 9 bar.
