This is a mini deep dive about all of Sarah Boone's bad behavior and misdeeds including her currently bullying other inmates. There is a section on the early life of Sarah Boone when she went by Sarah Paulsen or Sarah Paulsen Boone. She was featured on Nickelodeon and seemed to have a life of promise before alcohol and bullying came in the picture. She tormented Jorge Torres and constantly put down his family and his children. Jorge Torres' ex wife came forward to mention that she never had the types of issues with Jorge that Sarah Boone had described and she could not relate to it. Orange County records indicate that Sarah Boone was involved in foreclosures and her ex husband Brian Boone was responsible for paying her court fees until he decided to throw her under the bus. Upon going through 8 public defender attorneys and having issues with each one, Sarah Boone finally made a hand drawn ad for a private attorney that would want the publicity from this. James Owens stepped forward and while he strongly encouraged Sarah Boone to take the plea deal, she did not want to so he hammered on the lead detective Chelsey Koepsell to make it appear that she had poor memory recall and somehow violated Sarah's rights. This stupid choice resulted in her achieving life in prison when it might have been possible that she could have paroled after 30 years if she had 2nd degree. She also falsely believed that the minimum would be 22 years but she received the maximum because of how horrific this whole ordeal was. She was constantly recording Jorge Torres, who worked part time at Ace Hardware, had restraining orders against him and tried to be his savior by bailing him out as he was arrested because of her own actions. Sarah Boone was arrested in 2018 for ghastly acts against Jorge Torres which foreshadowed the current events of today.
