A great streamer pattern for sea run brown trout, native brown trout and probably steelheads as well. A common misconception when it comes to sea trout flies is they have to be in bright, flashy colors. We sometimes forget that they like darker flies as well. I've had some awesome success with this pattern here in Iceland and caught some really nice fish. The cone is tungsten, so as to get the fly down, and has some added weight in the lead wire.
