Psychosis is different for everyone, and for me it’s this: hallucinations, a little bit of delusion, and other weird stuff. Schizoaffective disorder is a true challenge for me these days, this is just me trying to overcome it. Also, states like these are usually temporary, which is why I’m not running to my nurse practitioner’s office or going to the nearest psychiatric hospital (I also like to avoid the hospital as much as possible as I do NOT want to go back unless I absolutely have to). the flip side is here... ...I invite you in.
