As Ikebana practitioners, we work with flowers every day. But what happens when we follow the ancient Ayurvedic wisdom that connects flowers, planets, and days of the week? In this video, inspired by the teachings of Dr. Naveen Gupta, I invite you to join me in a 7-day Flower Challenge, where we explore flowers not just as material for arrangements, but as living allies, working with time, rhythm, and planetary energy throughout the week. HOW IT WORKS? From Wednesday January 21 to Wednesday January 28, we will: Follow the flower recommendation for that day Create a simple Ikebana arrangement Observe how the atmosphere, energy, and our own state change Share a photo of the arrangement in our WhatsApp group 👉 Join the WhatsApp group here: https://chat.whatsapp.com/KN8m9DNWBSq... DAILY FLOWER LIST Each day corresponds to a planet and a flower: Sunday (Sun) – Red hibiscus, Rudraksha Monday (Moon) – Lotus, natural cotton Tuesday (Mars) – Red rose, jasmine Wednesday (Mercury) – Green flowers, ketaki Thursday (Jupiter) – Yellow flowers, tulsi Friday (Venus) – White and pink flowers, ficus Saturday (Saturn) – Blue flowers, black lotus, palash (flame tree) ✨ PRIZES Everyone who participates in the challenge and shares arrangements will receive a prize. The main prize will be participation in the course “Engineering ikebana structures” or “Ikebana for beginners” depending on what is appropriate for your level of ikebana experience. 🎂 This week is extra special: January 28 is my birthday, and I’d love to celebrate it with flowers, beauty, and community.
