Set Card Game Solver with Computer Vision

Since I am not very good at this game, I decided to make an AI to do it for me. Now, no one dares to play against me ;) It was a fun project, I made sure not to use any deep learning, just to practice the basics and do it in the simplest way possible. PS: the lag you see has nothing to do with my program, but with the real-time camera I was using. There were some internet problems, so it wasn't running optimally, and I even lowered the quality (as you can see).
