Soft on the inside with a golden crust, it’s perfect for breakfast, brunch, or anytime you crave comfort with a twist. Cheese bread loaf Ingredients: 285 grams all-purpose flour 1 tablespoon baking powder 1/2 teaspoon baking soda 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 tablespoon dried oregano 1 teaspoon dried thyme 1 teaspoon dried mint 1 tablespoon nigella seeds 1 cup shredded smoked cheese 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese 1 1/4 cups buttermilk 55 grams unsalted butter, melted 2 large eggs 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (optional) Directions: 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan and set aside. 2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, garlic powder, dried oregano, dried mint, nigella seeds,and dried thyme. 3. Add the shredded cheddar cheese, shredded mozzarella cheese, and grated Parmesan cheese to the dry ingredients, stirring to distribute the cheese evenly. 4. In another mixing bowl, whisk together the buttermilk, melted butter, and eggs until well combined. 5. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, mixing until just combined. Be careful not to overmix the batter. 6. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 to 50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the loaf comes out clean. 7. Remove the bread from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to a cooling rack to cool completely. 8. Once cooled, slice and serve your Cheese Bread as desired.
