BEST CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE RECIPE: Ingredients: 120 grams brown butter (I've used 150 grams butter to make 120 grams brown butter) 100 grams caster sugar 100 grams dark brown sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla essence 1 egg (approx 50 grams), room temperature 140 grams all purpose flour 10 grams toasted milk powder (full video recipe here: • This BAKING SECRET INGREDIENT will 10x you... ) 10 grams cornflour / cornstarch 1/2 teaspoon baking soda 70 grams dark chocolate callets 70 grams milk chocolate callets Notes: 1. Use a larger quantity of butter (I've used 150 grams) and then weigh your brown butter. It should be 120 grams. 2. Ideally, always let your cookie dough rest for at least 24 hours. I chilled mine for 48 hours. You can even freeze the cookie dough for up to 1 month. If you're running short on time, try to chill it for at least 1 hour. 3. Preheat oven to 180 Celsius and bake at 180 Celsius for 14-16 minutes turning the cookie tray halfway through baking so they bake evenly. 4. Keep the cookie dough balls slightly farther from each other as they will spread. 5. You need to bake these cookies straight from the refrigerator / freezer. 6.
