An important key to self realization is to allow this moment to be fully, to not resist feeling this moment at any level. For this, you must surrender the ego part of you that is resistant to your experience in this moment. When you surrender this and allow what is, without dramatizing it, getting involved with it, analyzing it or defining it, then you begin to dis-empower this sense of separate self that keeps you from self realization, that keeps you from realizing the Infinite Joy and Goodness that is the essence of this moment. Please note I say this is a key to self realization, it is not all of it. There are a lot of practices and disciplines that go into a path to real spiritual awakening and enlightenment. You can't say, "just allow this moment to be" and that is it. I do not mean this in any way. But a reoccurring theme in spiritual growth is surrender and allowing so you are dissolve the ego sense of separateness and begin to realize nonduality & inner happiness. Real self realization is learning to dissolve the sense of Self completely. When this happens, then the experience is that there is only God, only infinite consciousness but at the level of Divine Happiness, Divine Bliss, Divine Goodness, Divine Love. Consciousness is felt as this Joy. The other in my experience, necessary factor in the path to spiritual enlightenment is Kundalini Shakti, the energy that is transmitted by one who has realized Infinite Joy and is abiding in it. This kundalini energy is the energy of this Infinite Joy that stimulates you and awakens you into Joy and consciousness. I offer Shakti in 2 ways.
