👉Join me in this relaxing 70 minute restorative practice where we Let Go of held tension and habitual holding. Restorative poses are held for 10 minutes in this practice. As we hold these poses, we encourage our myofascial tissue to relax, as well as our whole body and mind. Restorative is a very meditative practice that allows us to touch a deep relaxation. As you can see, I dressed in nice warm and comfy clothes for this practice. Having a bolster/firm pillow, blocks/books, and rolled up blanket/beach towel is very helpful. The more props you have available, the more cozy you can make your nest! May you enjoy and benefit from this practice.
