Restorative yoga is a wonderful way to decompress at the end of the day to welcome a calm and deep sleep. As you can see, I am dressed in nice warm and comfy clothes for this practice. Having a bolster/firm pillow, blocks/books, and rolled up blanket/beach towel is very helpful May you enjoy and benefit from this practice.
