👉Join me in this 60 minute vinyasa flow with no standing poses. The flow includes poses like low lunges and plank twists, as well as working our way into bow pose. I find this practice encourages energy flow and builds confidence in working with the mental obstructions that arise during practice. Apologies, my youngest chihuahua (Peachi at 12 years old) is talking in her sleep during a portion of this practice. If you have done any of my other videos, it is not uncommon to hear my oldest chihuahua (Bella at 14 years old) coughing. I continue to learn about audio and video quality.
