It started with a chance walk-by of an old mile marker a few blocks from where I live. That led to an analysis of how the Pacific Northwest found itself to be structured in many ways and following the route that several markers were placed to measure along what was once Baseline Road (now Stark Street). This was definitely a fun one, taking me to one of the coolest hidden spots in the Portland area there is to be found!
