Chop required vegetables finely. 2. Mix Balsamic Vinegar, olive oil, lemon juice, brown sugar, salt and pepper together. 3. Add finely chopped vegetables in Vinaigrette and put aside. Method for salad: 1. Cut all vegetables in required cuts and sizes. 2. Cut Feta cheese in required size. 3. Toss everything together along with Vinaigrette and serve. CALAMARI RINGS Ingredients: Calamari rings 200 grams Garlic paste 1 tsp Salt to taste White pepper to taste Egg 1 Lemon juice 1 tbsp Bread crumbs 1 cup All purpose flour 2 tbsp Corn flour 1 tbsp Oil for frying Tartar Sauce: Mayonnaise 1 tbsp Pickled carrot (chopped) 1 tsp Pickled cucumber (chopped) 1 tsp Olive (chopped) 1 tsp Salt to taste White pepper to taste Lemon juice 1 tsp Garlic paste ½ tsp Method for sauce: 1. Chop olive, pickled carrot, and pickled cucumber finely. 2. Take a bowl and add mayonnaise, salt, white pepper, lemon juice, and garlic paste. Mix together. 3. Add chopped ingredients in the sauce and mix well, and serve. Method for Calamari rings: 1. Cut calamari into rings. 2. Take a bowl and add Corn flour, all purpose flour, oil, salt, white pepper, garlic paste, egg, and lemon juice. Add calamari rings in the batter and mix well. 3. Take bread crumbs in a separate bowl for coating calamari rings. Deep fry and serve hot. -------------------------------------------- TARAGGON CHICKEN BREAST Ingredients: Chicken Breast 200 grams For Marination: Chili sauce 2 tbsp Soy sauce 1 tbsp Mustard ½ tsp Garlic paste ½ tsp Salt to taste White pepper to taste Chili flakes to taste Oil 2 tbsp Mushroom Rice: Rice as required White Button Mushroom (sliced) 2 pieces Garlic (chopped) ½ tsp Onions (chopped) 1 tsp Butter 1 tbsp Salt to taste Black pepper to taste Tarragon Sauce: Tarragon ½ tsp Olive Oil 1 tbsp Onion (chopped) ½ tsp Garlic paste ½ tsp Cream 4 tbsp Pickled chili (chopped) ½ tsp Salt to taste White Pepper to taste Chicken powder to taste Water as required Method for sauce: 1. Add all required items in a bowl and mix well. Method for Tarragon Chicken Breast: 1. Prepare marination in a bowl and add chilli sauce, soy sauce, mustard, garlic paste, salt, white pepper, chilli flakes, and oil. Mix well. 2. Add chicken in the marination and place aside for 15-20 minutes. 3. Take a grill pan and drizzle some oil to pan fry the marinated chicken. Method for rice: 1. Take a pan and add water in it to boil rice. 2. Slice white button mushrooms thinly and put aside. 3. Chop garlic and onions finely and put aside. 4. Take a wok. Put butter and add chopped garlic and chopped onion. Sauté till golden brown. 5. Add sliced mushrooms, saute till soft. 6. Add salt and pepper as required. Mix well. 7. Add boiled rice and mix well. Serve hot.
