For spice bag Take a spice of muslin cloth add onion garlic, ginger funnel seed cardamom the cloth tight in a from bag. In a plate add green chili button red chili, cumin seed, cloves ,black paper corn, bay leaves green cardamom, star anise ,cinnamon stick keep it ready for later use, Irani Chicken karahi: Ingredients Chicken 1/2kg Onion 1-1/2 cup Oil ½ cup Tomato 3 Ginger garlic paste 1-1/2 tbsp Salt as per taste Crushed coriander ½ tbsp Crushed red chili ½ tbsp Black pepper powder ½ tsp Cumin powder ½ tsp Coriander leaves ½ bunch Lemon juice 1 tbsp Green chilies 4 to 5 Method: In a pan add oil and onion to fry cook until onion gets translucent . Add ginger garlic paste and salt in the chicken and fry for a minute . Add tomato and cover the pan with the lid .once tomato softens remove skin gently. Now add all remaining spices and mix well. Once the spices are nicely cook than add green chillies and lemon juice . Cream Cheese Trifle: Ingredients Fruit cocktail 1 tin Cream cheese 1 bottle Condensed milk 1 tin Red jelly 2 packets Cream 2 cups Method Take a bowl add in cream cheese and jelly condensed mix well Take a second bowl adds in cream and beat. After beat the cream add in first mixture and fold and then added in fruit cocktail And again fold and mix well after mixing pour in the bowl doctorate whipped cream cherries and chilled serve.
