We start by launching ComfyUI using both the desktop shortcut and the Easy Install .bat file inside the D drive AI Studio setup. Before running any workflow, we go through the recommended update process — including Easy Install update, ComfyUI core update, and notes/custom nodes update — so your installation stays stable and current. Next, we explore the complete ComfyUI interface: • Templates panel (Image, Video, Audio workflows) • Canvas workspace and node-based system • Zoom, pan, fit view, and mini-map tools • Run modes (Run, Run on Change, Run in Stages) • Batch settings and properties panel • Main menu options (New, Save, Export, Theme, Settings) • Assets, Nodes, Models, Workflows, and Console panel After understanding the UI, we download and install the starter workflows pack, place them in the correct user/default/workflows directory, and refresh ComfyUI to verify installation. Then we load the Juggernaut Reborn Text-to-Image workflow, download the required checkpoint model into the correct models/checkpoints folder, refresh the interface, and run our first prompt. You’ll see the full execution process in real time — from node processing to final render — and we verify the generated image inside the AI Studio renders folder. By the end of this video, you will: ✔ Correctly launch and update ComfyUI ✔ Understand the complete interface layout ✔ Install external workflows properly ✔ Download and connect a checkpoint model ✔ Generate your first locally created AI image ✔ Safely shut down ComfyUI In the next session, we’ll begin breaking down how custom nodes work and how workflows are constructed internally.
