- 6/26 - The Kiddos are 13 days old. Miles brought six fish to the nest today, and he ate one of them. Two of the fish delivered by Miles were so big that they were multi-meal fish. And... an intruder delivered a fish to Hennie, I kid you not! It was 14:53, and an osprey landed on the side board with a partial fish. I could only see part of the bird, and couldn't see any identifying features. I was curious about that short tail feather, I didn't recall that Miles had that. I also thought it odd that Miles would land on the board, he always lands on the nest with his fish deliveries. Hennie's reaction was unremarkable, so I thought maybe Miles was simply looking out for intruders at that moment. Haha, it turned out that it WAS an intruder! The kids must have thought it was 'Uncle Bob' bringing a fishie to Mommy, lol. Miles landed at the nest, and I immediately recognized him... anyway, here's the video, and it also shows part of the feeding.
