This is my 7th or 8th time racign the stage race. First time was in 2013 and i was instantly hooked. Even this year, with rain for 3 days straight, it was a blast (Locals have confirmed you can't even tell over 300 bikes went up and down middle black mtn trail). Stage 1 was a short prologue style day 1:10 race time, only 16 miles. It was a pinner and I didn't have the best of luck or the best of legs but there is 4 more days of Pisgah. Anything can happen.
