Hello neighbor, this is Curt with etrailer, and today we're gonna take a look at the etrailer cargo liner, and we're gonna see how it fits in our 2026 Chevy Equinox. The factory carpet in your cargo area is one of those places that is exposed to a lot of dirt, grime, and other things. Maybe you've had some home improvement projects or landscaping projects, cans of paint, anything like that you need to transport, or you've got kids in sports and you've got all that dirty sports equipment that goes back here as well. All of those are things that you want to protect that factory carpet against. And having a cargo liner like this is a really, really easy way to do it. First and foremost, it's universal. It's gonna fit a wide variety of different vehicles, so even having one or two of these at home, you can accommodate whatever vehicles you have in your garage as long as they're a truck or SUV. The other great thing is that it's modular, and we'll show you momentarily how it comes in three sections and you can kind of make it fit to whatever your needs might be. So let's take a closer look. So just getting a visual of what it looks like on the underside here, and then also above it on the top. This is gonna be a waterproof cover here, so as long as you don't puncture it, whatever spills or anything you get back here, whatever liquids, it's not gonna go through this into the carpet itself. I mentioned a little while ago that it is modular. It comes in three separate sections. We've got one section up here in the front. It's all attached by hook and loop. The section up here in the front is going to attach behind our headrests just using simple clasps, so they're very easy to set up. And not only that, I'll show you in a moment that if you do fold the seat down here in the second row to make for a bigger cargo area, this is just gonna anchor in place and go along with it. As far as the fit goes, the great thing about this and this fit is that it's actually wider than the cargo space, and I like that. That means it creates a little bit of a sidewall for us here, so we don't have anything liquid wise or dirt wise. It'll run off of the edges and get underneath it and onto that factory carpet. And lastly, we have another section down here, which I've nicknamed the bumper bib. And the reason for this is that you have coverage over the bumper so that when you're loading things in and out, if you can imagine loading something like mulch or something like that in here, you can keep your bumper area clean as well as the latch for your lift gate. All of that can stay really, really clean because you've got coverage over the whole thing. Now, you can remove this by hook and loop when you're not using it, but what I like to do personally is if I get something loaded up like that, I'll just fold it over the front and that's gonna give me that extra protection on the molding here on my lift gate, just like it does on the side walls. And as I'm folding down my seats, you see they just anchor in place right there, and it's gonna cover all the way up. I've still got that good side-to-side coverage. We got a little bit of a slope when we do this, so I'm not too worried about anything running off into this way, but if I need that extra space, I can fold down my second row and get complete coverage with it. All you need to do when you're installing it is just around your headrest here, just attach these clasps, and go ahead and draw them up tight. You'll get a loop like that for each one of your headrests. Once those loops are attached, you just drape it out over your cargo area as needed. But that's a look at the etrailer cargo liner in our 2026 Chevy Equinox. And if you still have any questions about it, go ahead and leave those in the comments below. We'd love to answer those for you. It'll help you and other neighbors just like you to make the best decision for yourself. Once again, this is Curt with etrailer. Thanks for stopping by.
