This 25 minute Calm & Powerful Warrior Flow is designed to build strong legs, steady focus, and upper body strength while inviting you to step fully into your power. In this practice, we move through grounded Warrior shapes to create stability in the lower body and strength through the arms and shoulders. The pace is intentional and steady, helping you cultivate both physical power and inner resilience. I recorded this class on the anniversary of my grandmother’s passing. She came to this country from the Dominican Republic to build a life; a true warrior in every sense. Her courage reminded me that stepping outside of our comfort zones is often where our strength is revealed. During this class, I share about: • Finding courage in vulnerable moments • Stepping out of your comfort zone • Owning your strength…on and off the mat At the end of practice, I invite you to reflect: ✨ What is one thing you will do this week to step into your power?
