Place 140 g of softened butter at room temperature into a bowl. 2. Add 70 g powdered sugar , mixing well. 3. Crack 1 egg into the mixture and beat until fully combined. 4. Add 1 tsp vanilla sugar to the mixture. 5. Use a spoon to smooth it out, then add 1/8 tsp salt and mix well. 6. Mix well using a hand whisk or spoon until the dough is smooth and uniform. 7. Gradually add 250 g all-purpose flour and 1 tsp baking powder to the mixture in two or three stages. 8. Mix well each time until the dough is smooth and uniform. 9. Keep some extra flour aside. 10. Gradually add it to the dough if needed. 11. The dough should become soft and smooth, not sticky to your hands or the bowl. 12. Place the dough in a bowl and cover it with cling film or plastic wrap. 13. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to 1 hour to allow the dough to rest. 💡Note: It's better to let the dough rest for 24 hours in the refrigerator, But if you're in a hurry ... Let the dough rest for 30 minutes in the freezer or 1 hour in the refrigerator. 💡Note: For the colored leaves, take 4 to 10 grams of the dough, add color, and cut out the leaves using a leaf cutter. Remove the dough from the refrigerator. 2. Place it between two sheets of parchment paper. 3. Roll the dough with a rolling pin until it’s about 2–3 mm thick. 4. Cut into desired shapes using cookie cutters. 5. Place the cookies on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. 6.
