Tilley Watermelon Salad

I have brought this to several family and church gatherings and it has always been a hit so, now I a m sharing it with you. It has a few unusual ingredients but trust me it is yummy! @Ms.PaulaHarmonica Mamma #yummywatermelon Watermelon Salad Dressing Ingredients 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil 3 tablespoons lime juice (about one small lime juiced) 1 garlic clove, minced dash teaspoon sea salt Salad Ingredients 5 cups cubed watermelon 1 heaping cup diced cucumber ¼ cup thinly sliced red onions 1/3 cup crumbled feta cheese 1 avocado, cubed ½ cup torn mint or basil leaves Sea salt Directions: I always make the dressing first. Combine all dressing ingredients in a small bowl and set aside. Combine the watermelon, cucumber, red onion and avocado in a large bowl. Add dressing and gently stir Sprinkle the mint (or basil) and feta cheese on top of the salad and again gently stir.
