My dog friendly Scotland road trip with my dad and my dog Max! This is Max’s first holiday away from home, we done just over a weeks travelling around some of beautiful Scotland! Day 8 - Loch Lomond : Some of the places mentioned in the video - Conic Hill - Dog friendly, we saw so many people with dogs climbing this hike trail. It took us just over a hour up and was quicker back down, the walk was relatively easy but lots of steps and the last top part was quite narrow. The views from the top were worth the trek. Milarrochy Bay - Dog friendly beach front, not really any sand its more full of pebbles and rocks. We did see a few other dogs having fun here running in and out of Loch Lomond. It was pretty chilly in the water but its wasn't the best day for a dip. The views of Loch Lomond were lovely here. Loch Lomond shores- I was disappointed with the Loch Lomond shores, I heard so many things to do here. Shopping, restaurants and attractions. There were very few shops here and most were tourist shops selling the same sort of thing.
