1. Crispy Cheese Buns Cooked in a Pan 🧀🔥 🫓 Ingredients for 4 small buns: 95 ml water 150 g all-purpose flour 2 g salt 70 g mozzarella cheese (or any cheese you like) Green onions For kneading: 1/4 cup (approx.) all-purpose flour 1/4 cup (approx.) cornstarch Other: 30 g butter Vegetable oil Instructions: Mix the water, flour, and salt. Knead by hand for 5 minutes. Cover and let rest for 10 minutes. Cut the dough into 4 pieces and knead each dough ball separately for another 5 minutes. Cover and let rest for another 10 minutes. Meanwhile, mix some all-purpose flour and cornstarch in a bowl; you’ll need it for kneading. Flatten the dough balls and roll them out with a rolling pin to form sheets about 20 cm wide. Stack the sheets on top of each other, dusting a bit of flour between them so they don’t stick, and continue rolling until they reach about 30 cm. They should be very thin so they cook better and turn extra crispy. Assemble each bun by spreading butter, adding cheese and green onion/spring onion, then fold and seal as shown in the video. Heat a pan over medium heat with some oil (not too much if you don’t want them greasy) and fry the buns. And that’s it! Enjoy! 😋 2. 🥔 Potato Bread with Cheese Dough ingredients: 90 g bread flour 55 ml milk 10 g unsalted butter, melted A pinch of salt Filling ingredients: 1 medium potato Mozzarella cheese, to taste 1 tablespoon mayonnaise Instructions: Prepare the dough: Mix the flour, milk, butter, and salt. Knead by hand for about 5 minutes until smooth. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Shape the base: Roll out the dough to about 22 cm in diameter. vPrepare the filling: Cook the potato, mash it, and mix with the mayonnaise and mozzarella cheese. Fill the bread: Place the potato and cheese mixture on the dough, close it, brush with butter, and cook in a pan until golden on the outside. Tips: Best enjoyed hot and on the same day.
