The Hollywood Hub project is one of the region’s most promising examples of affordable, transit-oriented housing—and a model for how public agencies, nonprofit developers, and private lenders can work together to meet Oregon’s housing needs. With 224 affordable family units rising above the Hollywood Transit Center, this project shows what’s possible when TriMet, BRIDGE Housing, and the Portland Housing Bureau align resources and goals. Construction began in late 2024, and the first residents are expected to move in early 2027. Watch this session to learn how the project came together and what it can teach us about building more affordable homes near transit across Oregon. An Affordable TOD Case Study - Hollywood Hub Tuesday, September 16, 2025 Time: 9:00 - 10:15 am Room: F149 Tracks: Affordable Rental Housing - Development Fundamentals Description: This session will give attendees an overview of the Hollywood Hub project, a model of transit-oriented affordable family housing.
