Remove the seeds and dice the cucumbers into small cubes and transfer into a bowl 2. Finely dice the tomatoes and transfer into the bowl 3. Finely chop the red onion and the slice the chilies finely, combine in the bowl 4. Chop the parsley and the mint leaves and set aside 5. Chop the walnuts into small pieces and transfer into the bowl 6. Add 2 tsp sumac, 2 tsp pul biber, 3 tbsp olive oil, 3 tbsp pomegranate molasses 7. Optionally, squeeze the juice of a lemon and add into the bowl 8. Finally season with salt and mix to combine everything 9.
