These bite-sized treats are sure to tantalize your taste buds and leave you craving for more! Recipe in English Put 1/2 cup lukewarm water in a bowl. Add 1 tbsp yeast to it. Add 1/2 tsp salt. Add 1 tbsp sugar. Mix well. Now, cover and leave it for 10 minutes to activate the yeast. In a mixing bowl, sift 4 cups of flour. Add 2 tbsp milk powder. Add 1 tsp salt. Add 2 tbsp cooking oil. Mix everything well. Now, add the yeast mixture. Mix thoroughly. Now, prepare a soft dough by gradually adding lukewarm water. Place the dough on the counter. Knead it well for about 5 minutes until the dough becomes smooth and elastic. Now, shape the dough into a ball and place it in a mixing bowl. Cover it and let it rest in a warm place for 2 to 3 hours. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan. Add 1 tbsp finely chopped garlic to it. Cook for 1 minute, stirring continuously, until the raw smell of garlic disappears. Now, add 500 grams of boneless chicken pieces. Stir-fry over high heat for 2-3 minutes. Shred the chicken into small pieces. Remove the cover from the dough, punch it down to release the air. Shape it into a smooth ball and place it in a greased bowl. Now, take the dough out onto the counter. Roll it out and cut into circles. Make balls out of each circle. Flatten them to about 1/2 inch thick discs. Use a glass to gently press and cut out mini pita breads. Repeat the process for all the dough balls. Heat a griddle or tawa. Place mini pita breads on it. Cook on low to medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes until brown spots appear. Flip and cook until both sides are evenly browned. Prepare all the pita breads in the same manner. In a mixing bowl, add 1/2 cup mayonnaise. Add 1/2 cup chopped carrots. Include 1/2 cup thinly sliced bell peppers. Add 1 cup thinly sliced cabbage. Mix all the vegetables with mayonnaise. Mixing vegetables with mayonnaise will help in binding and make stuffing easier. Now, take 1/2 cup ketchup in a bowl. Add 2 tbsp chili sauce to it. Add 1/2 tsp ground red chili. Add 1/2 tsp salt. Mix well to make a paste. Transfer the paste to a ziplock bag or a plastic bag. Seal it and shape it like a cone by tying a rubber band at the top. Make a small cut at the tip of the cone. Now, cut the bread in half using a knife so that one half remains attached to the other. Press and open it with your hands. Use the cone to apply ketchup sauce inside the bread. Gently press the bread with your hands to spread the sauce evenly. Now, stuff the bread with chicken and vegetable mixture. Press lightly to pack it.
