However, if you don't have slow-cooker, you can simply follow the instructions in the video. Note: you will likely need more liquid if doing this in the Dutch oven because the dry heat from the oven will evaporate more liquid than a slow-cooker. Be sure to keep an eye on the meat as it braises and don't be afraid to add more stock to the pot if it begins to dry out.
