Mix everything. Add vegetable oil and milk. Mix everything well. Add the sifted flour and baking powder. Stir the baking powder with the flour. Mix until smooth. The dough should form a thick ribbon. In a separate bowl, add dried cranberries and starch. Stir. Add the cranberries to the dough. Grate the zest of an orange or lemon and add it. Add dark chocolate drops. Mix everything.
