Welcome to a practice dedicated to longevity and ease. This 30-minute session is designed to nourish your joints and improve your range of motion from head to toe. If you’ve been feeling stiff or simply want to maintain your independence and flexibility, this gentle chair yoga flow is for you. We move through a systematic sequence of chair supported exercises that addresses every major joint in the body. No standing is required, making this accessible for all levels, including those with limited mobility or balance concerns. ✅ Mindfulness to center the mind. ✅ Neck & Shoulders: Release "computer posture" and tension. ✅ Spine & Core: Gentle movements to keep the back supple. ✅ Hips & Knees: Targeted stretches to aid in walking and sitting with ease. ✅ Hands & Feet: Vital movements for circulation and dexterity. You'll need a sturdy chair, a block or thick pillow and a yoga strap or long scarf. Of course you can do the practice without any props as well!
