मम्मी ने बनाया मिनटों में सॉफ्ट और जालीदार खमन ढोकला | Katori Khaman | Vijay Haldiya Zayka Ka Tadka Recipe Ingredients Gram flour / Besan - 1 Cup Salt - As per taste Sugar - 1 Teaspoon Ginger green chili paste / Adrakh hari mirchi paste - 1 Teaspoon Turmeric powder / Haldi powder - 1/2 Teaspoon Asafoetida / Hing - 1/4 Teaspoon Citric acid / Taatri - 1/2 teaspoon Water - 1 Cup OIl - 2 Teaspoon for batter + For greasing Fruit salt - 1 Teaspoon INGREDIENTS FOR TADKA : Oil - 1 Tablespoon Asafoetida / Hing - 1 Pinch Mustard seeds / Rai - 1 Teaspoon Sesame seeds / Til - 1 Teaspoon Curry leaves - a few Green chilli - 3 - 4, cut into long pieces Water - 1 Glass Salt - As per taste Powdered sugar - 2 Teaspoon Lemon Juice - Of half lemon Instructions 1. Sieve gram flour in a bowl. Then add salt, sugar, ginjer green chili paste, turmeric powder, asafoetida, oil. Mix well. 2. Add citric acid in the dry mixture. Add water gradually to prepare lumps free batter. 3. Grease the katori mould with oil. Add fruit salt in the batter. Add water on the fruit salt. Mix well. 4. Transfer the batter immediately to a greased katori. Fill half of katori with batter. 5. Meanwhile boil water in a steamer. The khaman should be put in the steamer for steaming only after the water boils. 6. Put all katories in the steamer. Steam for 12 to 15 minutes . 7. After 12 minutes, insert a toothpick to check. If it comes out clean then it is perfectly cooked. Else steam it for 3 minutes more. 8. Transfer khaman in to serving plate. PREPARING TADKA : 9. Heat oil in a pan. Add asafoetida, mustard seeds, sesame seeds, curry leaves, green chili, water, salt, powdered sugar. Mix well. Boil it. Then turn off gas. Add lemon juice. 10. Pour tadka on the steamed khaman. 11. Katori Khaman is ready to serve.
