जब घर में कुछ न हो तो बनाएं 5 मिनट में नया नाश्ता | Paneer Cheese Stuffed Paratha | Vijay Haldiya This recipe was made by a lovely mom – Vijay Haldiya Recipe Ingredients Thick curdled milk/Chena - 1/2 cup Cheese Slices - 2 Onion - 1 chopped optional Coriander Leaves - chopped as required Green chilies/Hari Mirch - 1 chopped optional Black pepper powder/Kali mirch powder - 1/4 teaspoon All spice mix powder/Garam Masala - 1/4 Teaspoon Red Chili powder - 1/4 teaspoon Salt - as per taste Wheat dough - as required Clarified butter/Ghee - as required Instructions 1. Take a bowl and add thick curdled milk, finely chopped onion, coriander leaves, green chili, salt, red chili powder, black pepper powder, garam masala. Mix well. 2. Now make two round shaped small circular pedas from the dough and roll a peda to make a roti and keep it aside. Make another roti. 3. Take one roti and keep a cheese slice on it. Place the mixture and then another cheese slice on it. Place the other roti over it. Take a fork and press from the sides. Seal the paratha. 4. Meanwhile, heat a pan and grease it with 1 tablespoon of ghee. Place the stuffed paratha on it and cook it on a medium flame. 5. Flip the paratha and cook it on a low flame for 3-4 minutes and keep pressing it, else the stuffing may not be cooked properly. Cook it well from both the sides by applying ghee to it. Take it out on a serving plate once is done. Cut it in two pieces and serve. 6. The Paneer Cheese Stuffed Paratha is ready to be served.
