Leftover Cooked Rice / Pake Huye Chawal - 1/2 Cup 2. Boiled potato / Aloo - 1 Peeled and mashed 3. Green Gram Sprouts / Mung Bean - 1/2 Cup 4. Beetroot / Chukandar - 2 tbsp Grated 5. Capsicum / Shimla Mirch - 1 tbsp Finely chopped 6. Green Chilli-Ginger / Hari Mirch Adrak - 1 tbsp Finely chopped 7. Breadcrumbs - 2 tbsp 8. Rice Flour / Chawal Ka Aata - 1 tbsp 9. Coriander Leaves / Hara Dhaniya - A handful 10. Salt - As per taste 11. Red Chilli Powder / Lal Mirch Powder - 1 tsp 12. Coriander Powder / Dhania Powder - 1 tsp 13. Dry Mango Powder / Amchur - 1/2 tsp 14. Chaat Masala - 1/2 tsp 15. Oil - For Roasting + 1 tsp Instructions: 1. Take leftover cooked rice in a mixing bowl. Add potatoes and sprouts. Mash them with masher and mix well. 2. Now add beetroot, capsicum, green chilli-ginger, coriander leaves, breadcrumbs, rice flour, 1 tsp oil, red chilli powder, coriander powder, dry mango powder, chaat masala and salt. Mix well. 3. Take a small ball-sized portion of the mixture. Press it with your hands and prepare flattened tikki. Likewise, prepare all tikkis. 4. Meanwhile, heat oil in a grilled pan for shallow frying over medium flame. Place the prepared tikki in a pan. Roast it on a medium flame for 2 to 3 minutes. 5. Flip it and roast it from another side on a medium flame for 2 to 3 minutes until they become crispy and golden brown from both sides. 6. Once done, take it out on a serving plate. 7.
