Clarified Butter / Ghee - As required 2. Foxnuts / Makhana - 1 Cup 3. Almonds / Badam - 1 Cup 4. Cashew / Kaju - 1 Cup 5. Curry Leaves / Curry Patta - A few 6. Peanuts / Mungfali - 1 Cup 7. Rock Salt / Sendha Namak - As per taste 8. Black Pepper Powder / Kali Mirch - 1/2 tsp Instructions: 1. Heat 1 tbsp of ghee in a pan. Roast makhana for 2 to 3 minutes on a low flame. Stir it continuously. 2. To check its crispiness, Press it with your fingers, it should break easily with a popcorn-like sound. Keep it aside. 3. Heat 2 to 3 tbsp of ghee in the pan. Add almonds and roast it for a few seconds on medium flame. Once done, take it out in a plate. 4. Likewise, roast the cashews. Roast it or 1 to 2 minutes on medium flame. Once done, take it out in a plate. 5. Then, roast the peanuts as well. Roast it for 1 to 2 minutes on medium flame. Once done, remove excess ghee from the pan. 6. Further, add curry leaves by breaking them with your hands and mix well for a few seconds. 7. Now add the roasted makhana and mix well. Then add almonds and cashews. Mix well. 8. Add rock salt and black pepper powder. Mix well. Once done, turn off the flame. Let it cool down completely. Then store it in an air-tight jar. 9. 'Makhana Dry Fruits Namkeen' is ready to be served.
